Аннотация: Введение: в статье представлен случай нестандартного гибридного вмешательства с использованием забрюшинного открытого доступа к инфраренальному отделу аорты у 11 месячного ребенка массой 6,590, с явлениями декомпенсации кровообращения, для имплантации стента с потенциалом увеличения его диаметра по мере роста ребенка. Материалы и методы: пациенту выполнено обследование в объеме эхо-кардиографии (Эхо-КГ) и мультиспиральной компьютерной томографии (МСКТ), ангиографии. Показанием к операции стал рестеноз дистального анастомоза аорты после поэтапной хирургической коррекции при синдроме гипоплазии левых отделов сердца (операция Норвуда). Данная тактика была выбрана с учетом крайне высокого риска повторной хирургической операции, а также невозможность имплантации стента с потенциалом увеличения диаметра доступом через бедренную артерию (масса тела ребенка Результаты: гладкое течение раннего послеоперационного периода, на фоне проводимой дезагрегантной терапии (аспирин 5 мг/кг в сутки) и антибиотикотерапии. При контрольной эхокардиографии (Эхо-КГ) - систолический градиент давления в зоне имплантации стента Заключение: стентирование рестеноза дистального анастомоза аорты с использованием забрюшинного доступа может рассматриваться как операция выбора в специализированных центрах.
